Order Processing

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed (or after order confirmation for Cash on Delivery).
  • Business days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Order confirmation: You will receive a confirmation by SMS, email, or WhatsApp once your order has been placed and again when it has been shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2-4 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: Rs. [amount] flat rate across Pakistan.
  • Free shipping: On orders above Rs. [amount].
  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier's website or by contacting us.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and that your phone is reachable.
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible, before the order is shipped.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Please check your parcel at the time of delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either resend the item or issue a refund.
